Blood Message received an all-new trailer during the Summer Game Fest showcase, and I was lucky enough to follow that up with a behind-closed-doors hands-on preview at Play Days in Los Angeles. I was welcomed by NetEase and 24 Entertainment and given a brief introduction before diving into an early segment of Blood Message.

The dreaded day has finally arrived, as Destiny 2 has received its final ever update, with the Monument of Triumph. Fans have turned up in droves to bid farewell to the game, and in doing so, they’ve already smashed Marathon’s peak player count, with the number still rapidly rising.

The leader of the X-Men was originally unveiled during the Season 8 trailers, but with Devil Dinosaur arriving as the first hero, fans have had to wait until the mid-season split for Cyclops to be added, and after plenty of speculating and theorising, his role has now been confirmed.

The showcase season has practically come to a close, with the likes of PlayStation, XBOX, and the all-encompassing Summer Game Fest all having had their times in the spotlight. However, there’s still one big name left, and that’s Nintendo, with today’s Direct bound to stir the pot even more.

The reboot of Crazy Taxi has officially been announced. Since 2024, it has been known that a new Crazy Taxi game was in development. Sega previously stated that they were shifting from a single-player experience to an open-world format. Well, during the XBOX Showcase on June 7, the new Crazy Taxi finally received a name. Crazy Taxi: World Tour comes in 2027.

Valor Mortis Announced for Xbox Game Pass, Releases September 2026

Called the X25 Xbox Series X, the console will be a throwback to the classic transparent green Xbox, featuring both the console and a controller. You can watch the announcement trailer below: The console will release in November 2026.

Atlus has been tiding fans over with remakes of Persona 3 and Persona 4, with Persona 4 Revival currently in development. Thankfully, it’s looking like it’s time for a new story altogether, and judging by the trailer, it’s bound to be as stylish and slick as ever before.
